What is the Children’s Services Network (CSN)?
The CSN is a collaborative working together to strengthen families.
The CSN Vision
All children and families in Tulare County have access to high quality, culturally appropriate services and affordable resources that maximize their opportunities to be safe, healthy and thrive.
The CSN Mission
To strengthen services and support systems for children and families in Tulare County through advocacy, increased service collaboration, and coordinated funding processes.
The CSN Members, Officer, and Staff The membership body is made up of a multi-disciplinary team from education and early learning, juvenile justice, child welfare, mental health, health, community-based organizations and faith-based organizations.
